Job Overview

The role of a Facility Maintenance Technician encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization tasks.
  • Refill dispensers and maintain stock levels.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed.
  • Remove grease and stains from walls and doors.
  • Empty trash receptacles regularly.

  • Kitchens
  • Offices
  • Conference Rooms
  • Break Rooms
  • Common Areas
  • Hallways
  • Stairwells
  • Elevators

We seek motivated individuals who take pride in their work, can follow instructions, and efficiently complete daily tasks, whether independently or as part of a team. Effective communication in English is essential, especially when clarification is needed.

Safety is our top priority, and adherence to safety protocols is expected at all times.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, navigate stairs and catwalks, and maintain mobility throughout the workday.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid Alabama Picture ID or Driver's License, along with a Social Security Card.
  • All candidates must successfully complete Drug/Alcohol Screening and an Online Safety Test, with costs covered by the company.

Compensation: Starting pay is $11.00 per hour, with potential for a higher rate for those with a clear valid driver's license who may transition to a driving position.

Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break, and occasional weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM as scheduled.
