DevOps Director

Job Overview:
ConsultNet is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Director to join our team.
Salary: $70.00 per hour
Contract Details: 6-month contract, Hybrid on Site 3 days a week
About the Role:
The DevOps Director will be responsible for developing autonomous Dev/Sec Ops pipelines, application upgrades, and patching. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in CS and 8+ years of Principal or Management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining complex software systems
- Leading high-performing teams to deliver impactful results
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Mentoring and coaching engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with React.JS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools such as Harness and Terraform
