Salary: $73,000 - $93,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient dialysis center in Conway, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR certification required
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
