  • Manage short shipment concerns.
  • Provide technical assistance and feedback during initial customer interactions for lift solution inquiries.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend and document custom engineering requirements during lift solution requests.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to align quoted content with customer specifications for lift solutions.
  • Work alongside sales to ensure that quoted content is consistent with new product sales orders for lift solutions.
  • Coordinate with the aftermarket division to provide quotes for lift solution projects related to existing machines.
  • Partner with sourcing and operations teams to guarantee timely and budget-compliant execution of lift solution projects.
  • Relay lift solution order updates back to customers to maintain a closed-loop communication process.
  • Collaborate with sales and aftermarket teams to ensure precise invoicing of completed lift solution projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with a minor in business is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in large construction equipment manufacturing and a general understanding of the mobile crane sector is desired.
  • The candidate must possess the technical acumen to perform the role competently.
  • Ability to quickly understand the implications of technical information and apply it to specific scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate pertinent data, make sound judgments regarding potential outcomes, and coordinate effectively with sales and manufacturing teams.
  • The ability to express thoughts or opinions on specific matters assertively yet diplomatically is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, is required.
  • Occasional travel (both domestic and international) to trade exhibitions and customer job sites may be necessary.
