Job Opportunity

Cleanbee Property Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of assigned properties according to established standards
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces and fixtures
  • Restock supplies and notify management of any needed supplies or equipment repairs
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or requests promptly
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules or changes
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 12 years of previous cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends on a full-time basis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Physically able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
