- Collaborate with the President, medical staff, and hospital departments to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare administration in a leadership role
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and decision-making skills to solve management issues
- Knowledge of related regulatory and compliance requirements
This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
