WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
As a Senior HVAC Installation Leader, you will provide guidance to a team of installers while visiting clients' homes and businesses to install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Your work and customer service must meet the highest standards. You will also be responsible for completing necessary paperwork, maintaining the cleanliness of your assigned company vehicle, and assisting with other duties as required. If you can fulfill these responsibilities and meet the following qualifications, we would be delighted to have you on board:
- Minimum of 2 years of installation experience
- Possession of personal power tools and hand tools
- A valid driver's license
- EPA type 2 certification or higher
- TDLR registration
