Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will begin your learning experience from day one at one of our local branches. You will represent Enterprise to clients and partners while also becoming an operational authority behind the scenes. Through our structured training program, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually lead your own branch, attract new clientele, and develop your team.
In our interactive learning environment, you will receive essential guidance, mentorship, and support to excel. You will engage with the community to build vital relationships for business development.
We will equip you with training in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. You will learn the significance of prioritizing customer satisfaction. Our culture thrives on friendly competition, a crucial element in expanding our business and ensuring your success.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, including commission sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership roles in military, athletics, or community organizations.
- Must currently hold a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.
