Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assess the needs of clients and facilitate connections to existing resources while innovating new service offerings.
- Design and implement engaging activity programs that promote skill acquisition, independence, and social connections through community involvement.
- Oversee a dedicated team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, ensuring effective allocation and organization of support services tailored to client needs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and improving client outcomes.
- Proactively identify and manage risks to ensure the safety and well-being of both clients and staff.
- Drive quality service enhancements in alignment with organizational initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving operational, financial, and business objectives.
Candidate Profile
