Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant role at FastSigns is a dynamic and varied position that requires a high level of organization, communication, and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
