The Role
The Global Infrastructure Modernization Manager will oversee the modernization of base network infrastructure for the Air Force Base Area Network (BAN) program, ensuring compliance with established procedures and Air Force BIM Program Office requirements. This role requires extensive experience managing large-scale projects across multiple Task Orders.

Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies;
• Develop and implement change management plans, including communications, training, and risk management;
• Monitor and report on change request status, ensuring timely resolution of issues;
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies;
• Provide guidance and support to team members on change control processes;
• Prepare and present change control reports and updates;
• Lead cross-functional customer engagements to grow business and ensure customer satisfaction;

Requirements
• Strong technical background with understanding of Government technical requirements;
• Experience leading change control processes on large-scale programs;
• Decisive decision-making skills and ability to provide tailored guidance;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field;
• Five years of experience in Program/Technical Project Management;
• ITIL Certification and Secret Clearance with potential for additional access;

Location-Based Pay Ranges
$99,390 - $132,510 in West Virginia;
$104,360 - $139,140 in Colorado;
$109,330 - $145,770 in Washington D.C., Texas, and Virginia;
