About the Role

The Strategic Communication Coordinator plays a pivotal part in supporting the operations and execution of the strategic communication function at TEKsystems. This role requires a strong background in administrative support, operations management, and project management to ensure successful implementation of communication initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the communication department, including support and management of the company intranet, administration of distribution lists, and partnering with IT to learn and improve the virtual communication technology platforms.
  • Lead and manage communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Track and maintain a calendar of all communications occurring within the organization.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of communication materials, including presentations, e-newsletters, and intranet articles.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events, virtually and in-person.
  • Provide administrative support to the Strategic Communication team, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics of events, and helping execute organizational-wide projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, operations management, and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What We Offer

Salary will be between the range of $52,500-$78,200 based on experience.
