Your Role:

As the Strategic Marketing Lead at Rosendin, you will be instrumental in defining the regional influence of our marketing strategies and enhancing the overall performance of the organization. This role is essential for converting regional goals into cohesive marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our marketing activities align with regional objectives and drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Occasional travel to meet with local teams as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of independently initiating and completing projects with a proactive approach.

  • Exhibit professionalism and confidence in collaborative settings, effectively engaging with leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • Experience in complex, national organizations is preferred.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, particularly in multi-discipline or campaign marketing.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a focus on engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful regional marketing strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
Working Environment:
  • General office environment, involving prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work is primarily indoors, with typical office conditions.
