Salary
We offer an hourly wage based on experience, education, and certifications, with the potential to earn up to $18 per hour.
Job Description
As a Child Development Specialist at Butterfly Effects, you will work directly with children with autism, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care. Your role will involve working collaboratively with families in their natural environment, teaching through play-based activities, and fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess a genuine love for working with children, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with families. Prior experience working with children is advantageous but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our team members feel confident in their abilities to instruct children with autism.
