Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or restore function
* Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual techniques
* Educate patients and families on proper care and rehabilitation techniques
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current licensure in Physical Therapy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
