About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Outreach Representative to join our team at Allred HVAC Heating and Cooling. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a pipeline of prospects to meet business plans and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and update leads through in-person conversations at specified locations
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads and provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Update lead generation database to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our company's products and services to facilitate the sales process

Requirements:

  • GED or High School diploma
  • 1-year experience in Lead Generation is desired, but not required
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience with cold calling and maintaining databases is a plus
  • Proficient in Google: Docs, Sheets, and other productivity tools
  • Strong project and time management skills, with a curious nature and positive attitude
