Job Title: Child Development Support Professional

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year.

This role is a part-time position working primarily Monday to Friday with additional hours and weekends as needed. The location will be in the Kids Peace Mesabi Academies area.

About the Position

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for Community Programs plays a crucial role in providing direct-service clinical services to clients. They work collaboratively with the BCBA and/or BC, Supervisor, Case Managers, Program Manager, and other team members to ensure the treatment plan meets the client's needs.

Main Duties
  1. Foster improvement in client goals and objectives through one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis intervention.
  2. Prepare and structure sessions to effectively address clients' goals and objectives.
  3. Assist caregivers in developing their child's skills through transfer of skills and encouragement of session participation.
Essential Qualifications
  • Complete 40 hours of RBT training before working directly with clients.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Be at least 21 years old.
