Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals providing early intervention services to children from birth to 3 years old.
About the Role
We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to families in our community. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children develop the skills they need to succeed in life. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Trans-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive services to children and their families.
- Conduct Assessments and Screenings: Utilize your expertise to conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify areas where children may require additional support.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each child, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Provide Home-Based Services: Offer home-based services to families across our catchment area, making it convenient for them to access the support they need.
- Cultivate Community Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with community providers to ensure seamless coordination of services and continuity of care for families.
- Service Coordination: Provide service coordination to assigned caseloads, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
- Experience: Two years of pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, families, and community partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe and Office365.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and generous time off.
