Job Description:

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IP network solutions for our clients.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver innovative network solutions that meet the critical infrastructure and service needs of our clients. You will be responsible for evaluating technologies and designs, implementing solutions that support our clients' visions and objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IP network solutions for clients
  • Evaluate technologies and designs to ensure they meet client needs
  • Implement solutions that support client visions and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training for knowledge transfer
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and participate in system integration planning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of network engineering experience with IP networks
  • Experience implementing network design, testing, and building of enterprise networks
  • Experience with network technologies such as Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, and SDN
  • Experience with analysis and capacity planning and network architecture for large distributed communications systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Experience developing documentation and providing knowledge transfer to functional teams
  • Demonstrated customer focus skills
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • CCNP or other advanced certification(s)
  • Experience with Cloud Computing design and implementation
  • Strong enterprise network troubleshooting skills
  • Strong skill set with Microsoft Office software applications
