Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently welcome and register guests, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Promptly and professionally respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Accurately process payments, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist guests with luggage, provide local recommendations, and directions
  • Follow safety and security protocols to protect guests and hotel assets
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the hotel management team
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in computer applications and office software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as necessary
