Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary:
The Team Associate is a vital part of the Taco Bell team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurants. As a Team Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements:
- Age: 16 years or older
- Work Authorization: Legal right to work in the United States
- Physical Demands: Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for long periods
