Job Title: Presales Engineer - Digital Energy Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to join our team at HYXiPOWER. As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing technology and solutions for PV inverters and other products. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, identifying customer pain points, and formulating strategies to satisfy customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technology and solutions for PV inverters and other products.
- Understand customer needs, identify customer pain points, and formulate strategies to satisfy customer requirements.
- Collect and study mid-term and long-term needs of customers, and provide demand input for the company's product planning and development.
- Participate in the review of product development process.
- Engage in customer relationship development, project operation, and business negotiation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above experience in digital energy solution or technical support.
- Have a good command of English which can be used as working language, local native language proficiency, and multilingual is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills, actively sensitive to customers' feedback, and timely meet the needs and requirements of customers.
- Ability to adapt cross-cultural working environment.
