  • 15+ years of experience in People Operations, with a focus on driving impactful transformations on a global scale
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business

  • Expertise in HRIS administration and implementation
  • Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and employee engagement
  • Thorough understanding of HR legislation, employment law, and policy frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in international HR operations and team transitions
  • Ability to cultivate cross-functional partnerships and communicate effectively
  • Strategic thinker capable of navigating dynamic environments
  • Service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting others' growth
  • Experience in the Technology Sector is advantageous
