- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve patient inquiries and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, excellent typing skills, and friendly telephone etiquette required.
- Experience: 6 months of clerical experience preferred, with experience working in a physician practice or call center a plus.
This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
