Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as Seasonal Design Support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, preparing handoffs, and upholding store cleanliness and maintenance. Your primary focus will be on delivering our 100% happiness guarantee by working closely with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Committed to working a 10-week timeframe, ensuring seamless customer service during peak business days, including holidays and weekends.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, greeting customers warmly and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare proper handoffs for clients picking up their orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Work on 'Gift and Go' assembly of table top frames, meeting our high-quality standards.
- Maintain overall store cleanliness and organization, adhering to store manager directions.
- Uphold our 100% happiness guarantee, addressing any customer concerns and delivering a positive experience.
- Experienced in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
