Responsibilities:

  • Assist the surgical team in the outpatient setting, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
  • Care for patients after procedures, providing compassionate and individualized support.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans for surgical patients, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Ensure operating rooms are properly prepared with all necessary equipment and supplies, maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of compassion and empathy for patients, their families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Specialty certification, such as CCRN or CNOR, is preferred but not necessary.
