Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our child care center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and enrolled families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, including licensing, attendance, and other files, are maintained in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Offer support to staff and families as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • 12 ECE units completed, including Child Development, Child Family Community, and two curriculum courses.
