**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with providers and practice managers to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
* Serve as the primary nursing staff contact for clinical practice, policy interpretation, and nursing protocols
* Work closely with the practice manager to promote optimal patient care and maintain a high level of knowledge
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
**Benefits:**
* $10K RN Sign-On Bonus for full-time (pro-rated for part-time)
