About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers
  • Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.) efficiently
  • Restock food line, chips, and cooler
  • Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety
  • Operate cash register: handle, balance, and follow all cash handling procedures
  • Effectively handle customer complaints/issues
  • Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • You want to delight customers with great food and good vibes
  • You are friendly and customer service oriented
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You can handle the heat of the kitchen – knife skills are a plus

  • You enjoy higher levels of noise from music, customer, and employee traffic

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You're able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
