As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing membership and retail sales, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Sales: Increase membership and retail sales by promoting our services and products to guests, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments in person or by phone/text, ensuring that guests are booked for the services they need.
  • Operations: Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance, and maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work at least one weekend day and evenings until 8:00pm.
  • Software: Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
