Training and Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Leader to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that drive business results and enhance employee skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that align with corporate objectives
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training metrics to inform program development
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Training, HR, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or related Human Resources role
- Proven track record of successfully completing the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
