About the LPN/LVN Clinic Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN Clinic Manager to join our team at ChenMed, a leading healthcare provider committed to transforming the lives of seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better.

Job Summary

The LPN/LVN Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring efficient center operations, and fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and exceptional patient care. This leadership role requires strong clinical acumen, business skills, and the ability to drive growth while prioritizing patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical teams to ensure VIP service delivery, focusing on patient experience, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • In partnership with dyad leaders, manage center operations to meet organizational objectives, including SSP metrics, growth, and strategy, membership goals.
  • Monitor and track key performance targets, including SSP metrics, wait times, care team integrity, and turnover.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and education for Care Promoters and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians, ensuring they meet clinical competencies and philosophy of care.
  • Develop protocols and procedures to enhance staff productivity, collaborate with PCPs to coach, monitor, and manage Care Promoter and back-office care team performance.
  • Assist in developing and executing business strategies promoting growth and supporting our core model.
Requirements
  • Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment or nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated healthcare environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' management experience with direct reports required; in a medical clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated environment strongly preferred.
  • IV Therapy certification for LPNs where required by State Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within the first 90 days of employment.
