The Associate Manager, Digital Partnerships, will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to further scale media capabilities and operations for Walgreens. This position will be responsible for establishing new digital partnerships, as well as driving growth through existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data storage and onboarding solutions, both in-house and third-party data, including retail transaction data, customer data, customer audiences, and media performance data.
- Develop new data sharing solutions that increase operational efficiency and scale.
- Liaise with IT, Engineering, and third-party endpoints, such as data and insights companies, media agencies, and CPG partners.
- Manage data and technology enhancement and partnership roadmap for product and capabilities; develop requirements to meet the needs of the business.
- Lead cross-functional work streams to research issues and implement solutions that reduce points of disruption to the business.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in operational processes that impact performance.
- Implement and manage data governance controls in accordance with legal and privacy standards.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver consistency and accuracy of data in a continuously changing environment.
- Oversee the integration of multiple data sets, for example, first- and third-party data merge, with both internal and external partners.
- Identify additional data operations processes throughout Walgreens for integration, driving consistency, compliance, and efficiency with dedicated WAG efforts.
- Develop a deep understanding of internal data assets, identifying opportunities to enrich partnerships and offerings in the market.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities in the marketplace to elevate capabilities and drive growth for the business.
- Deliver exceptional client service: Strengthen internal and external partnerships through deep expertise in data and operations, providing unique solutions for processes not yet established.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in data or business intelligence role OR High School/GED and at least 4 years of experience in data or business intelligence role.
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners.
- Experience retrieving, analyzing, and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- At least 1 year of experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
