Job Summary

The Production Assembler is a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for performing production assembly operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks in the production and packaging of product to meet customer delivery schedules and cGMP requirements.
  • Stay current on all assigned duties by reviewing and following current, revised, and new instruction procedures.
  • Complete and remain current with all required assembly procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintain quality standards and promptly report any non-compliance or non-conformances.
  • Review and sign travelers and forms for accuracy and correctness, and complete all required documentation associated with the production and packaging of product.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area during and at the end of each shift.
  • Achieve environmental, health, and safety goals by working safely and observing all required cGMP and safety training.
  • Knowledgeable and compliant with laws and policies that apply to one's job, and participate in compliance programs.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Ability to perform soldering tasks.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated skill with GMP, GDP, and production documentation.
  • Familiarity with GMP and/or ISO regulated manufacturing environments, FDA QSRs, and ISO.
  • Experience working in a clean room environment (ISO class 7 and 8) is preferred.
  • Experience with NCR process, CAPA, and other quality system components is preferred.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
  • Ability to follow verbal, written, and detailed instructions.
  • Ability to use basic math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
