We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at a school in Leavenworth, Washington.

About the Job

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with various physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to provide support and accommodations for students
  • Evaluating student progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of student progress

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in occupational therapy, attend professional development opportunities, and participate in ongoing training and education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Experience working with children with diverse needs and abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
