Job Title: Director of Field Support Operations

ISI Elite Training Franchise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Field Support Operations to lead our growth efforts at the Headquarters team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise operations management, leadership, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee various departments, including Operations, Training, and Field Support, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet company goals, collaborating with other department leaders to determine the best course of action.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support the company's overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring all departments are aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Manage budgets for each department and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working in a franchise environment, including managing franchisees and implementing franchise systems and processes.
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing multiple departments and achieving operational goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective strategies to implement them.
  • Experience with Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Suites, FranConnect, Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Customer Relationship Management platform, and Point of Sale System.
