About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse NICU with expertise in providing exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans. Additionally, you will supervise non-licensed nursing staff, educate patients on self-care techniques, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Qualifications
  • Active Texas State RN license or compact license accepted
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • One year of recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as sign-on bonuses or relocation assistance.
