Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.75, as well as On Demand Pay Options, a full benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiving Professional to join our team. As a caregiver, you will work directly with individuals who require support with their daily living needs, including personal hygiene and behavioral challenges. You will also assist participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Support participants in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other members of the healthcare team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
