Position Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Patient Service Representative. This role involves educating patients about medical cannabis, assisting them in product selection, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will also be flexible in supporting various departments as needed, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere for both patients and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Check-in and verify patient status using the POS system.
    • Provide comprehensive education on medical cannabis and its applications.
    • Assist patients in selecting products efficiently.
    • Process orders and payments accurately through POS software.
    • Manage cash till operations and daily earnings deposits.
    • Support management with daily operational tasks across departments.
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients.

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
