Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our ITS solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and technologies, ensuring you have a deep understanding of our ITS solutions and their applications.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor our Field Support Representatives on product installation, troubleshooting, and technical sales information.
  • Industry Events: Represent Econolite Group, Inc. at industry trade events, showcasing our ITS solutions and providing technical sales information to customers and prospects.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum two-year degree in electronics or a related field; four-year degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience in the traffic industry, with a strong background in electronics and technical support.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows or Mac OS X, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM system. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electronic schematics, engineering drawings, user manuals, and technical documents.
  • Certifications: Ability to pass IMSA Traffic Signal Field Technician certification (IMSA Level 2) within six months of hire.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, squat, and bend at the waist for extended periods of time. Required to drive up to five hours a day; ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Work Environment: May work in various, changing outdoor weather conditions, i.e. rain, heat, snow, etc.
Benefits
  • Compensation: The base pay range for this full-time position is $55.00 per hour plus benefits.
