The Role: Creative Project Lead

This role involves leading projects from concept to completion, providing strategic direction and control. As the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you'll facilitate clear communication to ensure project objectives are met.

  • You will act as the main liaison between clients, cultural partners, designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among team members to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Proactively address potential challenges or roadblocks to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Oversight of high-volume traditional production work to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Account Management or client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • A genuine passion for arts and culture.
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional account management skills to be the product owner working with clients.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient processes for data gathering and storage.
  • Agile Project Management experience for mapping out sprints and leading scrums.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on job-related factors such as location, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
