Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of off-highway equipment and vehicle systems, including CAN bus, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Service Delivery: Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Authorized Distributors to develop strong working relationships, inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Logistics and Administration: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, identify trends in service data, and coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Travel and Support: Travel to distributor and end-user locations as required to resolve complex technical issues, and provide technical assistance, sales support, and product configuration as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and troubleshooting off-highway equipment.
  • Knowledge: Possess knowledge of vehicle systems, including CAN bus, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
