Culinary Department Head

Job Title: Sous Chef (AM/PM)
Reports To: Chef de Cuisine
Department: F&B, Kitchen
FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt
Supervises: Kitchen staff including cooks and dish machine operators
Position Duration: Seasonal, with an expected start date of Late April/Early May and running through the summer season.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- All associates must provide excellent customer service to our guests
- Treating each other with courtesy and respect
- Following all company policies and procedures while working
- Obedience to all state and federal laws
- Maintaining behavior that aligns with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct for all associates
- Arriving on time and being ready for work at the start of the assigned shift
