Sous Chef Job Summary

Job Title: Sous Chef (AM/PM)

Reports To: Chef de Cuisine

Department: F&B, Kitchen

FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt

Supervises: Kitchen staff including cooks and dish machine operators

Position Duration: Seasonal, with an expected start date of Late April/Early May and running through the summer season.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. All associates must provide excellent customer service to our guests
  2. Treating each other with courtesy and respect
  3. Following all company policies and procedures while working
  4. Obedience to all state and federal laws
  5. Maintaining behavior that aligns with the Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct for all associates
  6. Arriving on time and being ready for work at the start of the assigned shift
