Elementary Care Provider

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary Care Provider to join our team at the Arlington Independent School District. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality health care to students in a school setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure the overall health and well-being of our students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on pediatric care. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other staff members. A minimum of 3 years' experience in nursing is required, as well as a current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice nursing in the State of Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care using professional assessment skills and established school health protocols.
- Assess student problems and communicate with parents regarding individual students.
- Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and evaluate outcomes of skilled and direct nursing care and procedures for medically fragile students.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
