Position Overview
The Team Supervisor is responsible for executing the responsibilities of a Client Services Coordinator or Veterinary Assistant when not supporting the Practice Manager or Chief of Staff in leading the team to enhance efficiency and profitability within the veterinary practice.

Key Responsibilities
This role collaborates closely with the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff to ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will:

  • Adhere to established protocols and practices, guiding the team to meet practice objectives while fostering a positive culture and brand identity.
  • Supervise daily operations of the team as needed, ensuring high standards of medical care, outstanding client service, and optimal associate engagement.
  • Contribute to creating a workplace environment that promotes quality, efficient, and effective veterinary care, while encouraging associates to excel and take pride in their contributions.
  • Deliver professional and exceptional client service, setting a standard for all associates, which includes educating clients on wellness plans, preventive care, and other relevant services.
  • Assist in the strategic scheduling of associates to meet client demands, while proactively managing time off and continuing education opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures, including adherence to grooming and dress standards.
