About the Job

Altitude Trampoline Park in Cincinnati/Anderson is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Weekend Party Hosts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and coordinate parties and events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a friendly and outgoing personality, engaging with guests and team members alike.
  • Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience, adhering to park rules and regulations.
  • Conduct sales transactions and recommend products based on guests' needs, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate birthday parties and other special events, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, completing required checklists and maintaining a clean and sanitary park environment.
  • Assist the leadership team with opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Enforce park rules in a fair and professional manner, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Prepare and serve food in a manner consistent with local food service standards, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Successfully complete all required and company-provided training in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to growth and development.
