Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear communication, training, and feedback.
  • Manage all facets of the operation, including financial reporting, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
  • Establish and uphold Altitude standards and expectations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests.
  • Oversee labor and spending for the entire facility, ensuring compliance with park guidelines and policies.
  • Track spending and ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Develop the team by establishing profitability goals and rewarding positive behavior.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in operations management. You should have a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team in an entertainment or food and beverage environment.
  • Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent through thoughtful leadership and genuine concern for team member growth.
  • Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions.
  • Lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly.
  • Achieve budgeted financial results in areas of responsibility.
  • Act as a mentor and lead by strong example.
  • Maintain a professional image.
