Pediatric Mental Health Clinician

Sweetser is seeking a skilled Pediatric Clinician to join our team at Central Maine Pediatrics in Lewiston. As a key member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other practice staff to provide high-quality mental health services to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of behavioral health conditions, including substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address chronic and co-morbid conditions.
- Collaborate with patients and care team members to provide education and support.
- Manage referrals for patients requiring longer-term intervention.
- Evaluate crisis situations and employ appropriate interventions.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the social work field, with a focus on pediatric mental health.
- Valid State of Maine driver's license.
