Operations Associate

Claire Myers Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our insurance operations, marketing efforts, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Client Support:
  • Manage client relationships, including updating contact information and creating new opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Handle client service requests, such as beneficiary updates and life insurance exam scheduling.
  • Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones to ensure meetings are confirmed and rescheduled as needed.
  • Assist with team events and complete various clerical projects.
Insurance Operations:
  • Run insurance models and prepare case notes, annual reviews, and external insurance quotes.
Marketing & Event Support:
  • Generate new prospects through feeds lists and update our CRM system.
  • Manage client communications, including newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Assist with marketing and retirement seminar planning, including flyers and invitations.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or practice management role.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
  • Experience in insurance and financial services marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Compensation:
  • $60,000-70,000 base salary
