Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as a Certified Surgical Technologist in our operating room. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining aseptic technique, setting up equipment and supplies, and assisting surgeons during procedures.
Responsibilities:- Maintain aseptic technique in the operating room
- Set up equipment and supplies as needed
- Assist surgeons during procedures
- Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the end of the procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an Accredited Allied Health Education Program
- One year of experience in a clinical setting
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist
- BLS - American Heart Association
- Guaranteed hours for Travel Contracts
- Preferred Booking Agreement for Local Contracts
- Weekly Pay
- Holiday Pay
- Contract Security compared to a contract with an outside agency
